Krish Advani: A Multifaceted Student Making a Difference
Krish Advani, a student at Hill Spring International School in Mumbai, is a dynamic individual
whose academic excellence is matched only by his passion for community service and the environment.
Academically, Krish's journey is marked by stellar achievements. From his outstanding performance in the ICSE examinations at Cathedral and John Connon School to his current pursuit of an
International Baccalaureate diploma, Krish has consistently demonstrated a keen intellect and a
thirst for knowledge.
However, Krish's impact extends far beyond the classroom. Through his involvement in various
community service initiatives, he has shown a deep commitment to making a positive difference in
the world around him. Whether it's his innovative Electronics Waste Project, where he repurposed
old electronic devices into functional creations, or his efforts with CoVictory, a website that he created to provide vital information during the COVID-19 pandemic, Krish has proven himself to be a
proactive agent of change.
In addition to his community service endeavors, Krish has also gained valuable work experience through internships at Convergent Finance LLP and ReCircle, where he gained insights into
private equity investments and waste management practices, respectively. His research experience
further underscores his dedication to tackling pressing issues such as waste management improvement programs.
Outside of academics and community service, Krish is a well-rounded individual with a diverse
set of interests and talents.
From his participation in Clever Harvey's Junior MBA program to his pursuits in drumming and golf, Krish embodies a spirit of curiosity and a thirst for personal growth.
His latest venture is this upcycling project where he has handcrafted clocks, earrings, lamps, photo
frames and keychains. All proceeds from the sale will go to buying food for the children who come
to study at Scots’ Kirk Church.
